The Outfitter's Center, an out doors person's activity sanctuary. Fishing, kayaking, crabbing, and shrimping can become a part of daily life. From the Outfitter’s Center, the friendly staff can coordinate and conduct fishing excursions, fly-tying, studying the ecosystem from Oldfield's full time Naturalist.
Train for ages and all levels of horses and riders to accomplish their owner's goals. Offering instruction for hunter/jumper, dressage, eventing, horsemanship, English and western riding lessons, breaking, training and consulting. The community welcomes residents to come by the barn for a visit or maybe even take a lesson or trail ride around beautiful Oldfield Club.
SHOOTING:
Oldfield residents have access to one of the South’s premier wing shooting plantations, Turkey Hill. In addition to a top tier sporting clay range, Turkey Hill’s 18,000 +/- acres offers quail and duck hunts.
RIVER DINING:
A special site at Oldfield is the River House, elegant dining in the original plantation house or on the veranda overlooking the tranquil Okatie River. Enjoy breathtaking views of nature.
