Description:

Hilton Head Plantation, the Island’s second largest community, is primarily a full time residential community (without short term rental activity). Located at the Northern area of the island between the Intra-coastal Waterway and Port Royal Sound enjoys approximately 4,000 +/- wooded acres. Residences are mostly free-standing homes on full size or patio type lots.  When first developed, there were model homes available for modification.  As the community developed, less and less property became available for displaying models.  Home styles vary as well as year built.   Hilton Head Plantation has approximately 4000 homesites and 500 villas with two 24-hour security gated entrances.

Property Owners Association maintains approximately seventy two miles of roadway as well as the community amenities: pool, recreation areas, conservancies, leisure pats and common buildings.
