Dianne moved from Syracuse, NY (the #1 of 8 children) where she was able to gain invaluable knowledge managing a custom manufacturing business that served many well-known Fortune 500 companies.  After her move to the LowCountry, she has been listing and selling property for over 24 years bringing her professional negotiation, marketing, and business experience to each client.

Dianne is a Real Estate Professional with a comprehensive sales and marketing background. She has been an Island resident for over 26 years and has experienced Hilton Head & Bluffton development. She knows it’s a beautiful place to visit, live and raise a family. Both children have graduated from Hilton Head High School and have successful careers.

She has been a recipient of the Realtor Service award since 2000, received the RE/MAX 100% Club Award multiple years, Distinguished Sales Award, Sea Island Sales Award, serves on the Professional Standards Committee and volunteers for the Relay for Life, Concourse de Elegance, Heritage Golf Tournament, Arts Center and more.

Dianne also takes advanced education courses in topics such as:  senior real estate specialist–SRES, luxury home markets, recreation & resort markets, 1031 tax deferred exchanges and is a member and candidate of the Council of Residential Specialists (CRS) of which only 3% of Realtors belong to. This has enhanced her knowledge, enables her to not only educate her clients but be able to find properties that meet their criteria and negotiate.  She prefers working as a Buyer’s Agent obtaining the best possible price, terms and conditions for her client.  But, also enjoys listing, marketing, staging and obtaining the best possible price for her sellers.  She may not always know the answers on the spot, but will search and find out so her clients can make their best decision possible.
