There are three public 28-hole golf courses designed by PGA favorites George Fazio, Robert Trent Jones and Arthur Hills. The more private and quiet residential area called Leamington is also located inside Palmetto Dunes with it’s own security system.

Leamington is a private residential and villa community within Palmetto Dunes Resort. Spanning 460 +/- acres, Leamington encompasses 366 +/- home sites and 510 +/- villas and townhomes. Find ocean access at the owners' Beach Club Pavilion. Much of the eleven mile lagoon meanders through the Leamington private residential community. many of the homes have access docks providing for fishing, nature watching, kayaking, canoeing and the unique electric boating.
